E63 blue display!


flashed the phone with latest ver,bur when i swith on phone only blue light and switch off.Anybody know how to solve this problem?.thanks in advance.

i have nokia e63 with water damage. phone start up but blue display is shown. i am confused, where is display ic and unknown about display connector ways? please help me.
