how to solve 6131 camera stand by(operation failed).


i have aphone with camera problem , the phone is new .


i try to flash it but noting , problem still .

what solution of this problem.

I have same problem after flashed pack "e". When I flashed pack "c" camera is working, but when I click OK to photograph phone write "File format is not supported", 10 sec LCD is white and camera is in stand by mode.
So I think it is soft problem. Please help me.

use Mt-Box & Latest Flash wid Phoenix 2006

if not problem wid handset hardware!

I have no MT-Box- only JAF and UFSxHWK.
At first phone have version 3.50- I flash 3.70 pack "e" and have problem with camera- when I open it I have white LCD.When I flashed pack "c" camera is working but when I try to photograph is write "File format is not supported". Can I flash 3.72. It change situation?

5.50 was released yesterday, you can try flashing that.

I have the same problem to the custmer says he press the button and open the flip at a time then this problem has been started i also think its strip fault but better to discues first because its better so any body who solve the fault..please reply.
