yes i have also b4... and i just repaired twice of that.. some of that is water damage.. i just reflow sd ram.. and set is good to go...

Jaf may say no ape mcu detect
HWK-UFS product selection mismatch
possible parts:smps(In most cases smps is faulty ) and OMAP ,I dont know if flash chip make this too.

I don't think it's HW problem cause with UFS I had "product selection mismatch" but it flashes normaly with JAF, maybe try UFS 7pin cabel...
