Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to the world of phone flashing... tried unlocking a V3 RAZR about 18 months ago with mixed results... ...ANYWAY... I have all the stuff I need to reflash my 6280, but I'm worried, all the packages seem to be for specific networks i.e. Vodaphone, but I'm on Orange UK, and in my RM-78 package, there doesn't seem to be an orange UK file. If I flashed it to 3, for example, would I then be unable to use the phone on Orange? Cheers! Hob Edit: Perhaps a better question might be - is there a totally unbranded version to flash? If I did that, would I need/where would I get network settings? Last edited by hob; 08-17-2006 at 02:05.
