Flash file BB5 - Phoenix file 0529987_simlock

0529987_simlock <-- what does this file do ?

It on the flash packages that i use on Phoenix. Nokia 6280
They are tons of them, the number 0529987 is a flash set. ie voadafone black.

But why does it have that _simlock ?? has any one decoded the file ?

i've found it too one day... i dont know but it could be that it restores simlock area for specific product code it data gets damaged... or maybe its just a backup for program itself for security reasons - say if Phoenix flashes the phone and because of phoenix internal error flashing failed - program could restore some missing/damaged data during the process... I dont know - I just guess...
