After putting the phone in TEST mode, I get the following error when I click on "Camera Configuration"

Product specific configuration file for this component not found. Please check that product specific data package is installed. The number of cameras is set to 1.

HRESULT 0x80004005 (-2147467259)
This means:
Unspecified error

Framework: The data package was not found from the directory(-ies) set in the search path.

How can I fix this? Phone is E71 and software version is 510.21.009
