  1. Switch off your phone.
  2. Next press and hold together Power button + Volume down
  3. Release Buttons when device will vibrate.
  4. When you will see exclamation mark press this sequence of keys: Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power button -> Volume Down
  5. Device should now restart.
  6. Handset should be now ready to work on.

First method:

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Next please end all calls and connections.
  3. Then navigate to Settings -> Restore Factory Settings -> Settings only.
  4. Now type in the security code.
    * The default security code is: 12345
Second method:

  1. Turn off your handset.
  2. Now hold and press this buttons together: Camera button + Volume Down + Power button until your phone vibrates.
  3. Then release only Power button and please keep pressing the rest holded buttons for 4-5 seconds until the phone reboots.

First method:

  1. Switch off the cell phone.
  2. Next you should hold and press Volume Down + Power button until your phone vibrates.
  3. Now you have to release all the buttons.
  4. Then your phone will vibrate 3 times.
Second method for Windows 8:

  1. Turn off your handset.
  2. Now press and hold Volume Down and keep press it until you connect charger and you see an exclamation mark.

  2. Now your phone will reset and restarts.
Second method for Windows 8:

this is the real correct procedure :


Turn the phone off to begin with.
Hold down the Power and Volume down buttons.
When you feel a vibration, release only the Power button.
Keep holding Volume down for a few more seconds, and you should see the screen displaying an exclamation mark.
Once you've got the exclamation, let go of all buttons – and get ready to press the keys sequence.
Now that you have the exclamation mark, quickly press the button combination below. If you make a mistake, remove the battery and repeat the above steps above once more :

Volume up
Volume down
Power
Volume down

You should feel a small vibration after pressing that last button. Now you just need to sit back and wait for the phone to wipe. At first it should show the spinning Microsoft logo, followed by two spinning cog wheels.

Under the spinning cogs you'll then get a loading bar and you simply need to wait for this to get to the end. Once it has, the phone will load up its factory settings
