6280 crashes when playing video - GSM-Forum

My 6280 crashes when I play a 3gp clip and when I use the camera. It has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. Already updated the phone with the latest software (6.43) and still no result. Does anybody have any idea what I can do to fix it?

Couldn't fix it with an sw update so I took my phone back to the store.
And after 2 weeks I recieved a new 6280. Not bad at all considering that my phone was 13 months old.

you have to flash your phone to the last firmware. That' s all.

no it's not a soft problem ,i had the same but not fixed with flash

i fixed the problem with changing the flat cable weard but true
