Help E71 (210.21.006) upgarded to (400.21.013)

hi to all i got one nokia E71 v210.21.006 i upgarde it to v400.21.013 all done when i turn on fone asking for user code customer dnt know its previous code and phone dnt go to test mode or local mode i cant read its codes with any box also cant factory reset i did also usb flashing but still same

dead usb flashing with factory reset ticked in post flash operation doesn't work?

dear pls try in ub with the following type.

first select model in ub

then check that ui default option is in full factory

then do ui defaults


u r set will ok 100%

yes i m also upgrade the e71 to 100.00 to 400.00 and its give me problem with buttons like the button of dot and comma is not worked but it was work with before upgrading then i try to downgrade it but its not go to local or test mode i use with all cables like ipmart and gpg and also not comes the local mode with data cable . its very strange

no its not will with UB MXKEY and hwk even i i use the perfect 1 cables with also the tma box or many more

if you have mtbox, you can fix that by flashing and some tricks in your ufc ...

cyclone also can fix that problem..


tested many times.. e66, e71, e63 etc

Attach with good fbus cable or use ufc cable (tested by me ) first do all defaults then format drive C and post results.

when phone ask Phone code - type 112 and call.

then turn on call and phone will be unlocked.

it;s a bug in latest version.

change product code and flash it again.

khm... if you downgrade phone will have WD problem :/ - try with other RM version from Mexico/China/Corea?

I had same problem comes with phone security tryed all tool read ok..12345 but cant reset..finaly done by HWK just reset and factory twise..100% tested in e71 .....just try it................................................ .....................

why don't you use a NOKIA Software update (NSU) . i know its not through flasher but its worth a try .. if you having a problem with dot button its because you used different language firmware , every different firmware has a different keyboard layout (phones with full QWERTY keyboard).. if you have dot button in second last row and second last button (DOT Button) of that row , change your product code to 0561929 and update your firmware through NSU . if anyone want URDU language for their E71 use this product code 0566976 and flash through NSU. by the way you can change your product code by using NSS (google it you'll find it) , its only for non professionals ... PEACE

You have to flash again with the same version 400 flash file but this time flash it with JAF. Tick factory settings and press flash, everything will be ok. Do not flash with lower version otherwise you will have problems.
