Help me to flash my 6280. I have tried twice now and am ready to try again!

Hi, I have done a lot of reading and have tried to flash my 6280 twice before, I have also tried to flash this phone using 2 diffrent PC's. So far I have had absolutly no luck at all.

I have been using Pheonix 2006 and the cable that came in the box with the phone (CA-53?)

On my desktop PC, Pentium 4 3.2Ghz, 1Gig Geil ram, Abit GD8 Motherboard. Pheonix installs ok but when I go to run it, I get the Pheonix splash screen but it just hangs there and i cannot use the program. I have also tried on my laptop, Celeron 2.8Ghz, 752MB ram, Toshiba satellite A40. On this Pheonix installs fine and i can run the program without issues.

Its been a while since the last time I tried to flash my phone so i will tell you what problems I had as best as I can remember.

I install the RM-78 package (newest at the time, cant remember what version it was but i also tried the one before it as my phone is on 3.39? so would have still been newer)

When I run Pheonix it detects my phone OK and I can select it from the device list. Also it reads details from the phone eg. IMEI and serial number and such. However when i goto the software flash part in pheonix the drop down box at the top (cant remember what its called but i should be able to select the package i want to use, then the boxes where you select the image and ppm files should fill them selfs depending on the package selected) But the drop down box is empty so i cannot select the package i want to use. So I manually selected the image and ppm files and so on, and clicked start/flash. Now as far as i remember i get and error about an incorrect loader and an unspecified error. I was hoping somone would be able to offer some advise before i try to flash it again and run into the same problems. thanks for any help.
