I assumed that you don't have any box because this is your first post so thats why i wrote you best and free solution using phoenix, it's easy to!

get it here from the post by jawad8305 , there is also a link where you can get the latest software for your phone: You just follow the instructions in the post but you don't need to mark dead usb mode and you don't need to change to no connection, sync your phone.

Good luck!

For some people with this problem solved by flashing with highest version, for some it helped with format and for some with hardware damage it didn't help. Somebody wrote here on forum that he will come with solution for this prob in some days but still nothing about that. No you will not kill your phone! It's better that you uninstall nokia soft before, phoenix require that, then just install it again when you are done. If you flash your phone with usb cable in normal mode then choose pc suite mode on phone and if you flash it with dead usb mode you don't choose anything. You just connect phone and choose no comunication with phone and thick dead usb in phoenix and start flash.

Why do you not try dead usb flash with phoenix, it's the easiest way to flash if you don't have a box. Try to force your phone to boot by pressing on button.

hey again, in this link that i already post once by jawad8305 the instructions are very clear, there is also some pictures about how the screen should look like. In the program you have a little box where you can mark and unmark dead usb option, you can see it on the picture. Your phone should be of and when the program ask you to power on phone just hold on button for short time and the flashing will start.

But if you do reverse, you don't choose dead usb mode, try to get contact with the phone, when you launch phoneix and go to File -manage connections-and choose to connect instead for no comunication or something like that. Don't have the program here so i can't say for sure what it says but i hope you understand what i mean. What are the condition of your phone right now? Where are you located? Maybe someone here on forum are located near you and could help you with your phone.
