6300 contact service need help

6300 all time show contact service.i am erese & flash but same, can't connect sx4,when erese then flash imei & sp data damage that show contact service
please help me

If set sl data ffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

then just unlock it with zulea

sl data will be recovered in this regard

contact service will be finished

set will proper on but shutoff after 5 minutes due to corrupt imei
