Latest Version RM-588 (Nokia 5230)

phone came with restarting problem. nokia and restart.
after flash with 51.9.002 with usb phone dead
flash again from RJ cable phone still dead (vibrate only)
erase NPC phone working,

i am confuse why this happen? is there any higher version than 51.9.002?
from my experience when phone off/restart with imei and ok without imei it may downgraded.

i will add more informations

this phone can't flash with mxkey but atf can
i have only rpl backup, no pm yet
mxkey failed to repair down fix atf need network

if i do full erase, this wont erase pm?
