Member: 1034197 Status: Offline Sonork: freedom on my mind Thanks Meter: 0 | I did call to customer service but they weren't helpfull. Nobody has been able to help me. They set up my occount, after that still without success. Also they said that nokia must be set manually. In www.nokia.com section "Test if your new device needs settings to send multimedia messages (MMS) and to browse the Internet." gets me through here : "Please contact your operator or service provider directly or via their internet pages for settings. "... |

Member: 234917 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 160 | The settings you are using are correct. Try debranding the phone first. Then you will have a settings wizard in the phone menu to set up the phone correctly. Usually an E or N series Nokia is able to get the correct access point settings automatically from a Vodafone sim card although this will not happen because you have orange firmware on the phone. |

Member: 1034197 Status: Offline Sonork: freedom on my mind Thanks Meter: 0 | I try to overwrite Orange Menu using NSS. I'm not sure what is correct "Product Code" for Vodafone Ireland. I've entered 0570280 and I'm have a try download new firmware. @ronandaly, you're very helpful, and this way may be correct but please tell me what does it mean: "No software updates available for your phone" and "Please note that your mobile service provider, operator or carrier may not have approved the latest nokia device firmware available". Even if I restore oryginal PC (0570820), this message occured and can't reinstall firmware. Help me please. Thanks. |

Member: 234917 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 160 | register your phone number on www.vodafone.ie so you can log in and send the correct settings to your phone over the air. Also check in the mms settings that the correct profile is set as default ie. vodafone not orange. Also are you able to access the internet (vodafone live)? |
