****n70 No Network****
 

Dear All


I have Nokia N70 brand new handset worked for 10-15 mins after the sim was changed handset is not latching to any network.I have full erased+mcu+ppm the phone.also loaded pm from working n70 phone, but the problem is the same.Now the handset only show searching. Please advise.

could also be hardware problem, when you have this phone for 10 mins, why you aren't go back to shop and get a new one?????

Must be Hardware problem!!!
U can try 2 remove PA & then manual search, when found network then change PA, or rehot RF IC,

My n70 lost the network during 2G->3G->no signal

i keep my mobile from a bag and the display show 3G network with no signal in a place with 2G signal strong.

lots of new brand n70 network problem,, some time network saw, some time not.i replace pa,both rf ic but problem is same....

i have same problem in three new n-70 network problem.i replace pa, both rf ic but problem is same me also try with wrute good pm..but no network.

i also have same problem

Remove memory card then flash N70 for update ver. Format MMC. try it....

Hi everybody,
this might seem to u a silly question,
but i`m new and don`t know much about these stuff, so i gotta ask:

1)
Does flashing/firmware upgrading the N70 automatically remove the network lock?`

2)
Does anybody know how i can get the firmware for N70 if i want to flash it?

3)
What do i need to flash/firmware upgrade the N70, the usb cable isn`t enough?,
i also have a "uni box", can i use that for flashing/firmware upgrading?

So for the network?? Any solution?? I tried LOTS of PM in the mobile but still the SAME on 3g it find the network but on GSM mode it only get in region or acoording in time it has a lack of 10 - 20 mins! please help!!

the reason that it does not latch onto a network is because its been blocked/barred because it was reported lost or stolen by some who had the phone before u.

How can this be possible?? If so what is the solution?? FLASHING??? dont tell me falshing wouldnt have solve this problem of barred??? Plz correct me!!

Almost all BB5 is having the problem of NETWORK.. its an epidemik!!! it only connect to 3G network not to the 2G network!!!!
What is the solution:
1.Change RF IC? (DONE) still same
2.FLASH? (DONE) still same
3.Write PM? (DONE) still same
4.????
