I had the same problem on a n70 and i removed the memory card from my phone and it rebooted ok, I then reformated the memory card....worked for me......

I have the same problem,if i remove the battery or turn off, it comes up with the above message,but if i turn it off and on about 10 times or so then leave it for a couple of hours it will come with the proper message to enter pin.
Does anyone know how to cure the problem
