hi,

i got a n73 its on offline mode, i turn it online but still doesnt work can anyone help me?

the same happened to me.

remove sim card
turn it on without the sim
turn ir off
put the sim card again and for me it worked

Just flash phone with good box.

try cleaning SIM electrical contact with a rubber!

Flash it to the latest version. The unability to leave offline mode is fixed in one of the newer versions of the firmware.

this is software problem when i power on n73 it shows me about u want to go on offline mode YES or NO pressing no then it say profile is unable 2 change and its show offline mode its 100% software problem how to solve can't know searching my answer

no yar coz its show me on display that u want to on offline mode or offline mode then i press no button to go on online mode when it open also say to me unable 2 change profile

try to manual reset first then flash it with highest version sir.

yar i full reset the set from uui setting but can't flash coz i have no flashing file i just want 2 confirm the people if i flash it the problem can b solved

no no no coz its asking me about U WANT TO ON OFFLINE MODE "YES" OR "NO" then i press no then after hand shaking it say unable to change profile
