After replace N2200, on C2214 still 0V. Any another idea?

Without Simcard I have = 0.00V with SImcard I have 1.8V

so what to do ?

phone hang & restart again with offline mode , phone in very good condition but has been dropped , I flash it with ATF also the self test all pass, any help please .

try to clean or replace usb socket..sometimes if the charging pi is shorted,it will restart and the usb will not recognize the unit.
