nxtour Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 1 Member: 789578 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0	N95-3 firmware update to v20 failed Hello, I am not sure if this belongs n the BB5 section. I tried searching for a solution but could not find anything so please forgive me if I am repeating some other post. Anyhow, I was updating my firmware to the newest version but windows xp blue screened and restarted during the update. Now my phone does not power on and just get a dark screen with the faint NOKIA logo. No response. Even tried the hard format procedure [green dial+*+3+power] but no luck. Is it possible to fix this myself or do I need to send it into Nokia. I am pretty technical so if there is a solution I should be able to follow directions. If not, does anyone know of anyone in the San Francisco area that can fix my problem. TIA.
