Bro as You can see in the log You have simlock area damaged(config key 000...);just simply make a rpl to phone with ub or mt(it will cost you 10 credits)and Your problem will be solved!
PS it can also be solved is you have original backup pm(0-512) made before you've tried other operations,if not:simlock rpl as I told.

u cant solve this flashing,its a security area failed,so if write a modified pm not solve problem,u must user service ask to rpl,the real problem its no server is online now

or contact any member from china who have 4level access to do calculate,but only to repair security area not the imei

@toutou_gsm for simlock damaged it's not need full rpl only simlock rpl and it's working on mt or ub servers

just checked now:for ub doesn't work anymore but worked in the past;
it's very simple:you need mt-box and gt account and you wil see in the soft bb5 rapido rpl.tick that and you'll have a working phone in 20 seconds

for repaire you phone it's verry easy :
- flash your phone with the latest version
- write you RPL backup if you have, if you don't have write the full pm backup of your phone (not other pm of N96) with SX4,
- if you don't have the full PM backup, you write just your PM backup (only field 120 and 308) and write too a full PM modified of N96 (modified = w/o field 120 and 308) all the time with SX4.

if you can't write the Full PM, share your full pm and I create the RPL file form this file.

and post result pls.
