N97 Restart RM-507 - GSM-Forum

Hello I have problem with N97, The phone sometimes restart. Then I re-flash the phone with last version with UFS box and flashing complete w/t any problem (the phone is not wather, not damaged not crashed, i'm sure for it 100% I check everything)
I format FLASH memory - 32gb, the phone is using without memory card, but sometime when i change theme or press in some other icon the LCD go in black screen and some strange color come in lcd and the phone freeze and restart.
But when it's in standby it working perfect without any problem, I talk with this phone and everything is normal but when try to use some function in the phone freeze show some strange color in lcd and go to restart!
It's not always, but only sometime in different applications.
I think it's not "software problem, I think is possible to be some hardware problem, maybe the RAM memory or CPU, video controller in the phone.
Please help me, I believe the people in forum.

I check imei, check simlock, the phone is made in finland and never was locked to some provider, the phone DON'T have any simlock/sd are problem!

clock? Do u mean to check every one element in the phone?
Okay, Is possible to be som problem in flex cable or in lcd maybe they are shortly?

I think it's clear and working correctly, some other solution? and now have other problem the flash when working the light is not white, the light is purple. Why where is the problem, please help me. Now I buy this phone for me, because customer was impatient and I just pay for this phone.
Now the phone is fine, but when i try to flash with some normal version of RM-507, show me some error always, when Flash the phone with some version of 850Mhz (simple - Australi 850Mhz) Flashing complete without any error and everything is okay, but the phone again restart when use some application or just is in standby, Please help me I hope to repair this expansive phone!

Back up all data than erase phone than flash with eno firmware than flash restore all data bro i think this can help u if not slove chake hardware like sim ic

the phone restart and when is OFFLINE mode, i'm sure the problem is not in SIM IC, I rehot RAM, CPU, NAND MEMORY and nothing, it's some strange american version of this phone and maybe i can't find good flash file. Are u sure for erasing the phone?

I dowload flash file from UFS support and flashing complete without any error but restart when use some application or just freeze phone and restart. I dont know what to do.... I think is software but I can't repair it.

hai brother i have same problem n97.after iam reflash with new vertion with jaf but not still problem.may be it hardware problem
