Need help or suggestions, please!

I resently upgraded my n95 8gb nam to V.31.2.007 for product code 0558696. My original firmware was v20.0.5 and product code 0561948. I find many bugs with it. I would like to return to v20 firmware. Is this possible via pheonix, jaf, nss ? A response or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

use jaf to downgrade and change the product code but phone must be die after downgrade
