May be some one have solution, how to repair not working BT on 6700.
I have 4 brand new 6700 with same problem.
When i want power on BT progress bar run and run and BT not turn on, if i press red button phone restart.

Check the BT address with *#2820#
If BT address is not found then you have to replace the BT ic then flashing the phone.

I have read somewhere that this is a hardware problem which can be found also in 6303 camera and bluetooth problem.Just rehot and take out the battery connector from the mainboard.Under you will find 4 tracks that must be repaired. One of them is camera and the other is bluetooth, don't know about others. This must help if changing BT ic doesn't help.
