some frinds think bb5 can do manual format so i say to all frind its no manual format for bb5 only box can do format to it (jaf p-key -fbs8 -mt-box)

Did you try to Format 3250 i think its BB5 too

6630 HAS manual format. Just like 6600 , but there is a diffrence.6600 shows format process but 6630-n70,... dont show
Simply press send,3,* keys and power on the phone,OK nothing happens,but after seconfd phone request you set home city.

yes GSM Light. BB5 can manually formate. Tested many times on 6630 and 6680

i think it will work on all nokia symbian phone(not all bb5 phones,6270 6280 are not symbian)

format manually ok already done cuz of the phone code but phone code didnt reset
