Nokia 114, RM-827,(ATF Tool) Flash time error in CNT..
Now Show Local Mode

After Try in BEST dongle, same issue (failed in CNT)
local mode continue show after press ON key..

I try Full service & CPU ReHot..

Solution please

I Received Fresh & working conditions
Message Box full..
Customers say, update my phone with new version
So, i flash with ATF ..
& FACE This problem bro...

try 2 or three times maybe will work or try change firmware
