i order unlock code for this phone and got code and entered unlock code then phone says phone restriction off but when i put foreign sim phone displays PHONE RESTRICTED any help is welcome. also phone is from bell nework.

if both sim are phone restricted, check ur phones SIM LOCK AREA. if it's damaged, need new RPL. if u have back up, write again.
