Hi

I've been searching these forums for days now trying to find a solution to my problem and your piece looks promising.

I have a Nokia 3110c which suddenly stopped recognising sim cards - maybe some damp got in there. I wondered if it had lost its firmware (it may be hardware though).

I have downloaded some phoenix software that is supposed to be relevant to the phone, but I don't know what to do with it. All I have is the phone, a USB cable, a PC and this phoenix RM-237 software.

Any clues would be welcome.

Best Wishes

Simon
