Hi, I have phone nokia 5220 xpress music. When I switch it on show contact service in red and then he turn of. I hava data cable ca-126 can I fix it in some way please help me.

Since you don't have any tool,go to service SHop and repair Your phone.

You need at least to spend 50 euros in hardware and, to stay legal, at least other 50 euros in software.
After this you need to spend on this forum about one week before understanding what is the contact service and how to solve it.
In the while, if you make any mistake, your mobile is dead.
Do you think it is worth? your choice...
5220 is a quite recent model and has 2 years of warranty in europe...

moulnisky there is no warranty. I have Phoenix_2009_4_12_v2.exe. What I need more? So I'am not doing anything I'am askinkg for you.

use MT BOX or universal box for repair this

With phoenix I think you won't solve it...
The causes of the contact service normally are 3
a) Simlock error (Pm120 tempered or damaged)
b) Security error (This need an authorization via nokia server called SX4 and a PM (Permanent Data) file to write)
c) Hardware problem.
With phoenix you can't have the point "b" which is necessry as well most of the time after solving the points "a" or "c"
Before moving in any direction you need to read the Infos of the mobile, make a file with the PM back-up and a full selftest of the mobile.
Once you have all these infos post them here and having a look at them is possible to give you suggestion about how (if possible) to solve and what tool is needed

One more thing I downloaded 5220 RM-411 modified PM is it usefull for me?

I resolved a contact service 5220c modfiying pm field 120 from same phone by mx-key yesterday unfortunately have no log.
