Nokia 5310 Contact Service

i've one Nokia 5310 with Contact Service, i erased and flashed it write RPL write PM with SX4 then phone power on oOk with Box connection but after few seconds again goes to CONTACT SERVICE. here is the Selft Test Log.

i'm surprised that it works for few seconds then again it goes to contact services even with bettery sometime it works fine but after few minutes goto contact service.

How to do the BT repair man? What means those _BT_ failed tests??

my problem is solved that was a h/w problem with the phone near power button, my hardware technician fixed the problem.

Sx4 with MT-box ,select PM,tick only Resource 1 and 135.then write PM
