|  Nokia 5800 RM-356 Start-up Failed - Contact Retailer help! Hello all, I mistakely downgraded my 5800 v50 firmware to v21 with JAF. And my cellphone stoped working and saying "start-up failed...Contact the retailer!". I update it back to v50 but the error message is still same. I dont have any backup belong to my phone. I have Phoenix, JAF and regular nokia usb cable. How can i fix my cellphone and make it working properly again? Thank you very much! Product code is: 0570122 |

| My computer is detecting Nokia USB ROM device in a second and it disconnect from usb. After that cellphone turned on and say "Phone startup failed. Contact the retailer." With the mobileEx v3.4 Rev1. I couldn't get any log file. Its only waiting like this. Using device: Nokia USB ROM Nokia USB ROM ready. |
