Hi there!

First, sorry for my bad english

Ok, i´ve some news about a new Firmware for Nokia 6280 called 6.60...i´ve searched google but i did not find anything...

Does anybody here have a download link for me?

Would be great...thanx

latest firmware for 6280 is v6.43 not 6.60

Nokia Software Updater says 6.60 is the newest.

why dont u use Nokia official firmware update software and do upgrade via internet through nokia's web.. then see whats the letest firmware version..

On the Nokia side when i input the product code 0534918 (Nokia 6280 RM-78 0534918 (Silver)) i see the FW 6.60 is available.

But when i start the Nokiasoftwareupdate then the write :
This mobile phone is not supported ..........

Ist the FW 6.60 as Phoenix Package available ?

well, boys, we came to paradox again (nokia is used to doing this, I know)...
These are my conclusions about this new "phantom" firmware:

-with the 6280 firmware v6.43 installed on my 6280, NSU gives the error "Unrecognized phone", with both product codes 0531524 and 0541872 (that is, 6280 euro1 and 6288 euro1)

-After that, I reflashed over my 6280 a 6288 product code (v6.43) with phoenix...
Now, if I check on NSU, whatever product code I insert, the version displayed by the program is always 6.43 (No updates available- Only reflash)
Infact, if I insert on Nokia's check site a 6288 product code (6288 is officially recognized by NSU), the available version displayed is effectively 6.43; but, if I insert a 6280 prod code (6280 ISN'T RECOGNIZED YET BY NSU) , the version displayed is now 6.60... Are they joking with us?
