Nokia 6300 on Virgin Uk with small spansion. Unlock fail. Plz help

I have a Nokia 6300 black on Virign UK with small spansion chip (not in database).

tried every option possible to unlock it with JAF Plus with no success.

It was originally MCU 6.01. Downgraded to 05.50. error 08. downgraded to 05.00 which normally works ok, but again error 08. downgraded to 04.70 still error 08.
Then upgraded back to 05.00 still error 08. upgraded to 05.50 still error 08. upgraded to 06.01, version not supported.

Tried with 1.98.48, 1.98.51, 1.98.53. 1.98.54. 1.98.56

Noone from JAF Plus team seems to help me.

This the second 6300 I could not unlock.

Restore to 6.01 and use BB5BOX latest version, no problems with this firmware version on BB5BOX. If you don't have BB5BOX....get it
