Nokia 700 RM-760 Unlock? Possible with MXKEY? - GSM-Forum

Hey guys, i am new to the unlocking game, I have just bought a MXKEY with HTI and a XTC Clip,

i had to build a unlocking computer on xp, so i haven't had a proper chance to check the software out yet.

Today i got a Nokia 700 RM-670 in and im wondering if someone could tell me the best way for me to unlock this, is it possible with the MXKEY?

sorry for asking a question like this im just really looking forward to going in tomorrow and messing around with software id love to know if i would be able to do that phone when i go in

Hi Haktar,
sorry that you bought the only nokia tool that cannot do alot to sl3 phones!
would advise you to get fenix key, cyclone box or ATF box!

You will need a FBUS interface for fenix key, some models only work with FBUS, for this you can get JAF box, no need to get pkey for jaf, only jaf box.

hey guys thanks for the replys, thanks for the info Desirat, i will check out the gear you recommended, i managed to get the sha from the phone and paid £8.40 for server, i received the cod and sent the codes to the phone, it appears to be unlocked however i keep getting call denied and some sims say registration failed, i assume that the phone is blacklisted however i am wondering if i somehow screwed up because when i do a self test i get this;

SW->Invalid SIMLOCK DATA[None]
SW->Invalid RF BB[None]

sorry, cannot help you with mxkey. Don't have one.

Do you have early backup of pm and rpl before the unlock?

afraid not Desirat, i take it i should always back those both up before doing any work?
