dear it is simple full flash on any device do full factory rest ..
it will be solved

just flahs with higher version of file u can u use 7210s flash file also

sir if you format that 7210s phone it will be okey but there is a problem when you done formatting that phone......

the radio of that phone will not work.....


so it's better if you just flash it into a higher version.........

so that every features of 7210s will work properly........

tested by me.......

bro just flash with latest or same version after flash do ui satings be sure not insert mmc card becose maybe some vires on u r mmc so format mmc then insert
