nokia 8800 arte " NO NAME " on text massage - GSM-Forum

please help nokia 8800 arte..... I have names and numbers saved on the phone, both sim and phone book, when there is an in coming voice call and the caller's number in saved on the phone, it will display the caller's name and number. but when the same caller sent a text massage with the same number it will show " NO NANE " ,, but the number will appear like this..+2347074537765,,,,,,If I now save the number as +2347074537765 it will display the caller's name and number

Example.......

John...........7074537765 like this, it will display NO NAME

John...........+2347074537765 like this, it will display name and number.

solution urgently needed .

your phone have firmware different from your country just flash the phone with firmware in your country.

mr kenny731985, I have flashed the phone another firmware with a working phone, but same.

Any other solution?
