is a small app maked by me some time ago ... maybe can be usefull

1-Read info
2-Read security code
3-Reset BB5+ counter
4-Send unlock code

USB drivers not correctly installed. Re-install USB drivers or try another USB port. I guarantee the software works and works well ;)
