the man who does not know the meaning of master security codes is obviously new in gsm world .. the programmer of this programme has not given a new soft for ist time , there are lot of such type of useful softwares before also and most of people have taken adventage of such type of softs ..

this programme is very simple and has clearly titled dct3-dct4-wd2 master code calculator means when you will give the imei of such modals it will generate a code which is called master security code .. which is used when u forgot user given code to any cell the generated code will be used ..
