Nokia N900 no imei even after EMMC & ROOTFS Flash

i have flashed nokia with EMMC VANILLA and ROOTFS but still no Imei and phone operations have failed and it has a security that not being reset. i have read that flash VANILLA is hard reset the n900 so why does mine still come back with security code here log

this is my own experience that I proceded to solve a N900 User code and imei problem , just few minutes before this post . how I proceed ?

1 : my phone Sw version was : RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2.002_PR_COMBINED_002_ARM
2 : I used this version for flash it firstly RX-51_2009SE_3.2010.02-8_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM

after what my phone had no imei phone connot used for make all but user lock off ( so cool )

3 : i just redownloaded first version which is RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2.002_PR_COMBINED_002_ARM to reflash phone . and now all is ok without user code , with imei correct etc ....

my Flash is higher RX-51_2009SE_21.2011.38-1.003_PR_003.bin from nokia support let me down grade phone and will advice.
