What you have done on the phone? ? Why IMEI blank

my brother made a mistake , delete origin software for nokia 701 by infinity best without box and try to install old version
i mean delete origin imei
when flash this phone the result imei empty , give sim card bad ,systems errors , restart phone
is there way to rebuild imei and recover it how can i flash perfect my phone

There is no backup copy of the origin file rpl
It seems that the service request file has been stopped from nokia company
Is there a free service to get the original file
