You just create a folder "Desktop" folder in "All users", that the path was as follows:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\

i have 7210c, no pm backup. sparea ok. but contact service.

i tried full erage phone by bb5 uni rap file. then flash,wright beckup rpl, phone sp area ok.

i also tried write pm from another runing 7210c but result same.
then i try with this tool. but no luck.phone contact service. any solution????
