please help nokia n96 rm 247 restart on logo - GSM-Forum

phone was have problem with camera (feature not suported), and i flash phone with phoenix ,firmware v30.101, and try camera still not work and i try to downgrade with phonix with firmware v20... and flahing complite succsefull, and phone power on and on nokia logo restart and again same. i flash with higer version and complite ok, power on after nokia logo say power on faild. contact retreiler. i power my hwk (ufs-3) go on info and get this:

then go self test and do test and say sim lock test faild, i write few PM and after few times writing PM now say passed but wont power on start and reset on logo.
when do self test say me:
- unknown result (12) for st_cdsp_tx_pll_phase_lock_test
- pn_st error: 0000 for st_cdsp_wcdma_tx_power_test

please help urgently !!!!

pls if some1 know give me instruction steb by step. i only have this hwk ufs-3 box for nokia

if u have back up rpl,,,u can recover it,,,,,

remember ,u have back up rpl,,

full erase ,and flash with lower version,,,,write rpl,and do sx4 and good pm,

i only have PM back up original, is posible to calcuate rpl from PM file?
