plz help 2690 shows nokia and shut off

friends i have three 2690 set in which it shows nokia and shut off, i flashed all sets with latest version. but problem remain same. if anyone knows where is the problem plz share.

Camera > Bluetooth > Combo IC

Also check without Speaker
