It is possibile to write an empty board (no imei,no nothing) for 5800


Hi folks, have anyone tested to write an Nokia 5800 empty board (no imei , no nothing)? to make the cell phone to work?

There is no need to get upset, I was just trying to get an idea of what do you mean by "empty board" - erased or stollen factory line board...

Now, there is no "simple" answer to this question... To put it this way, you cannot do what you want by using average "gsm service" equipment / boxes.

ok, i copy that...i dont have any unlock/flashing/ or w/e tools and im not familiar with such tools, i just ask this because i have one damaged board and one empty board...and i try to make the work....if there is any solution for that ill apreciate your help.Thank you

for the mean time there is only hardware solution (change the RAP and the flash IC from damaged PCB to the empty PCB). there is no software or box that can write the IMEI to the RAP,

I have same question,

But i could borrow a FPS-20 and SX-4 card from my friend for temporary use.
Can i make this empty board work by these original tools?
