Problem with Nokia Care Suite Help please

Hi
I cant install the last Nokia Care Suite because always get this error

Unable to get error message
en FuseLib.FuseLoaderClass.CreateConnectionServices()
en Nokia.CareSuite.Connectivity.FuseConnectivity.Load Fuse()

And the software closed.
Anyone can help me please ?

Ful uninstall already installed care suit

Goto C /program files/common files delete nokia folder

Install this Nokia Care Suite PST 5.0.0 (5.4.119.1432)

For work online Download UserGroupsConfiguration.cfg.

Copy the file UserGroupsConfiguration.cfg to following paths

"C:\Programmes\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Data Package Manager\bin
"C:\Programmes\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Multi Software Updater 5.0
"C:\Programmes\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0

NokiaDataPackageManager_4.2_(2013.7.5)

May be yur os xp is prob try on win7 should work with out any issues Tested on win7

Check above posted pic tkn frm my pc jus wrking fine n win7 os

Again reinstall os use service pack 3 or use win7 os . Before instal nokia care suit gain ful administrator perivileges.
