Member: 534777 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 214 | reheating ics they recommend reheating ics or reballing ics to fix some of the hardware issues. i want to do some reheating of some of my handsets that are water damaged and just want to find out the best temperature range to set my rework hot air station to do this without burning the respective ics??? i just want to air on the side of caution.anyone with any information on how best to use hot air stations to heat ics when faulty??? thanx and best wishes to all |
