i'm posting this software, found from other forums

Whit this you can:

Make your own RPL, converting your PM
Take your full PM and remove from it 308 area and 120 area.
Bypass SX4 by the NPC Killer

Have a good work.

oh yes, it can
first add your personal backup
thanks remove 120 and 308
click on remove
than save pm and convert in rpl

all done

We all well know - how to make SX4 ByPass with NPC Erase file.

For repair SLD area, what difference is between PM308 and RPL from this PM308?

this soft doesn't give full rpl as nokia release with rpl server.
this soft create only simlock rpl from 120 and 308 backup

OH finally the correct explication

here we have:

1. Remove PM 120 section from your back-up PM file, without affecting or altering your original back-up.

2. Remove PM 308 section from your back-up PM file, without affecting or altering your original back-up.

3. Create RPL file from your PM back-up (!!!).
NOTE: The RPL created will only repair SIMLOCK data damaged phones and will not repair 123456789xxxx IMEI or so..

4. Make NPC Killed RPL files ( Bypass SX4 System ).

Hope now this will be clear
