same problam after flashing in nokia 2690

i have nokia 2690 who show nokia then white light after that going off i m flash the set with hwk and mskey 3.5 rev1.7 but no luck i m try usb and gpg 7 pin cable but no success its stell same and using also latest flash file ver 10.65 but no luck how to solve this

if u able to read mobile into that means mobile is going into local or test mode.
read full certificates (npc,ccc,hwc,simlock data) , full erase flash & reflash with any version . then restore all certificates , make sx4 & write pm 1-309 . then check .

should solve ur problem , also post here d result.

P.S- remember backup all important certificates before erase flash.
