sx4 error (e/840/Check phone security;) - GSM-Forum

hello.i have a n73 it goes off after some time and with charger conected it shows not charging.i need to write modified pm into it but every time i pres sx4 with mt box it give me this error (e/840/Check phone security

i cant understand what kind of this error.its sp area is allright.kindly guide me what to do now?thanx

First of all flash this phon and then press sx4 again wright modifide pm
and then check it u have any error some time server is down after 3 our 4 try's it's working

i have flash this fone 100 times with different versions and trying to sx4 for a month i know its not a server problem bcoz same time i conect other fone it take sx4 but always give this error with only this fone.

what do u mean by security.phone is unlocked and its sp area is ok.

1ST:check with another box (best choise UNI box)
------------------------------------------------
you must check your sim lock with ufs:
1.select current phone model.
2.click Rd Cert.
3.click Bk.308.
4.click Locks.
5.if see your locks ....... you must flash with latest files
But
1.if see this messege : sim lock corrupted
2.just you must use RPL Service.

look your simstate
your config key must be00000000
ant write pm bucup

Your phone has super dongle key problem. Only way is RPL..

there is a way without sx auth!

backup all crets (pm308, imei backup),
write empty npc zone, write now your full pm, after this write back all backups to restrore imei...

but if the problem is because of watchdog, you need rpl to repair...

if its just security test: fail you can repair it in this way!
