when i flash set even with latest version it takes full flash but ui settings failed local mode failed i have many sets pending to repair like 311c and 6303 and 3250 is this hardware or software problem if harware which ic fault and if software what is the fault and how to do i flash these with ufs 3110c with 7.30 and 6303 with 10.10 and 3250 with 4.40

I have nokia 6303 , when i flash set even with latest version it takes full flash but ui settings failed, how is it possible????????
