It is EXECRYPTOR, used to pack EXE file, details here:
http://www.strongbit.com/execryptor.asp

Your stupid antivirus report "suspected" if cannot decrypt EXE file. Change it (antivirus).

i had similar problems with most exe files because of stupid antivirus prog.
just change your av

Don't worry is not virus just a pkey killer for small no. of alive pkeys.
